Old Red’s Your Dallas series takes you on a journey through Dallas County, highlighting the County cities that have shaped the Dallas of today. The Old Red Museum is proud to present the city of Lancaster as the third installment of the Your Dallas series. Your Dallas: Lancaster features artifacts, photographs, hands-on Discovery Carts, films, and more that tell the important story of Lancaster's place in Dallas County history. Join us as we REDiscover Dallas and the cities that make us unique.
Deck the Halls
November 14, 2009 – January 3, 2010
The Old Red Museum presents a collaborative project celebrating Dallas County holiday traditions. Dallas County not-for-profit organizations will decorate numerous trees in Old Red’s Special Exhibits Gallery from November 14, 2009 through January 3, 2010. Visitors are encouraged to “vote” for their favorite tree by dropping cash in the donation box by each tree. Join Old Red in the spirit of giving for the holiday season and this new holiday tradition.
